Oats With a Twist

This is probably the most amazing spoonful of joy I have had for breakfast in a long time:  Overnight Oats Porridge topped with blueberries, mandarin wedges, walnuts, goat’s yogurt, flax seeds and bee pollen.
Here is the recipe of the overnight porridge…


1 grated apple
Juice of 1 orange
½ cup of oats
1 banana
1 cup of coconut milk
1 spoon of raw cacao
½ teaspoon of maca powder


In a bowl, mix the apple with the orange juice and the oats.  Separately, blend the banana with the coconut milk, raw cacao and maca powder.  Mix it all and let it sit in the fridge overnight!  Take it out of the fridge and have fun experimenting with different toppings!!!
