Square protein balls???

Well, you just have to be creative with your recipes! My man decided to make little cubes instead of the traditional protein balls, and I loved it!!!
Today I want to share with you another recipe I learned at Sommerlife cooking class. These make the perfect healthy snack! But remember, healthy doesn’t mean you can have unlimited quantities!
You need a food processor and your hands!
Ingredients
2 cups of pecans
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of sunflower seeds
Blitz to a coarse grind then add
1/3 cup chia seeds
3 Tbs cacao
1/2 sesame
1 cup dates
1/2 cup soaked goji berries
Then put the mix in a bowl and get dirty!
It can make around 20 balls that you can keep in the fridge or even freeze them!
