In my Health Coaching Programs I support my clients to reduce stress, detoxify, improve sleep and increase energy levels. I work with conditions triggered by stress: migraines, neck and shoulder pain, digestion issues, weight gain or loss, anxiety, chronic fatigue, immune function, alcohol/cigarette addiction. And I also offer programs that give people the opportunity to discover how to take better care of themselves and live a healthier & happier lifestyle.

My approach in terms of nutrition is not based on restrictions. I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy lifestyle in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I believe we all deserve a healthy relationship with food!

I support my clients to achieve their Health goals, step-by-step, with a more Holistic approach giving them the opportunity to incorporate Yoga into the program as a very important ingredient to fight stress!
